Soup with Pumpkinseed dumplings



Ingredients 
140 g butter
2 yolk
2 egg white
140 g flour salt
50 g pumpkin seeds
garnish: pumpkinseed oil

Preparation 
First put hot water on the stove and bring it to boil. Then you enter a stock cube into the pot and let it cook. Beat egg whites to firm snow. Then stir butter and yolks until foamy and type of flour and gradually turns snow into the yolk mass.

Do not forget to add salt. Then add the chopped pumpkin seeds and a dash of pumpkin seed oil to the mixture. Then you form with two tablespoons dumplings in the soup and let it boil. Set to the soup and garnish with a little pumpkin seed oil.
