Colorful yoghurt crème with fruits



Ingredients

  • 1 cup curd half a cup yoghurt 
  • 2 tablespoonful of icing sugar 
  • 1 package vanilla sugar 
  • lemon zest 
  • 3 slices of galantine 
  • raspberries 
  • 1 kiwi grapes 
  • perhaps some ice-cream wafers




Preparation
Today we are going to make a colorful yoghurt crème with fruits. First you have to mix the curd and the yoghurt. You can add as much yoghurt as you like, but basically it is half a cup. Then you have to add sugar, vanilla sugar and a little bit of lemon zest. The next step is preparing the galantine. Put the galantine slices into cold water.

When they are soft and jelly-like, you have to mix them with a little bit of hot water. Then you stir all the ingredients together. Now you just have to put the mass into the fridge for about 1 or 2 hours. Meanwhile, you can mix the raspberries with a hand blender together with a little sugar into a liquid raspberry mass.

Cut the kiwi into slices. If the curd­yoghurt mixture is solid, you can serve everything according to your taste and as creatively as possible.
