Chocolate-Marquise




Ingredients 

  • 200 g dark chocolate, broken into small pieces 
  • 100 g butter 
  • 3 yolks 
  • 75 g sugar 
  • 300 g whipped cream 
  • To serve cocoa powder 


Preparation 


Put the butter and chocolate in a saucepan and melt them on the stove. Then stir the yolk and
sugar until fluffy. Then you stir the cooled chocolate mass under the yolk mass.

Beat the whipped cream until stiff and put it into the mass. Then fill the mass in metal moulds and put it into the fridge for 2 hours.

Finally, you throw the mass of the form. Then sprinkle it with cocoa powder and garnish with whipped cream.
