Chocolate Muffins



Ingredients 
0,24 kg flour
0,02 kg baking powder some salt
0,08 kg butter
 beaten eggs
0,19 l sour cream
0,14 kg sugar
0,50 piece lemon
0,14 kg chopped chocolate
some sugar for sprinkling

Preparation 
Sieve the flour with the baking powder and the salt into a bowl. Melt butter in a microwave oven for about one minute.

Mix all ingredients, except flour, baking powder and salt. Add the chocolate pieces and mix everything well. Put the paper cases in the muffins pan and fill in the dough.

Bake the muffins at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
