Pumpkin seed oil Gugelhupf


Ingredients 
4 eggs 0,07
l water 0,07
l pumpin seed oil
0,2 kg icing sugar
0,25 kg flour
0,2 l whipped cream

Preparation 
The first thing to do is to prepare your working area. Weigh the ingredients and prepare to separate the eggs, grease and flour the molds if it is necessary. Then beat the egg whites until stiff. The next step is to stir the egg yolks until fluffy. Add the icing sugar until fluffy whipped egg yolks and continue to mix.

Then slowly add the pumpkin seed oil to the foam mass and stir well. Pour the baking soda and vanilla extract into the dough, while stirring continuously add the water.

Finally, alternately add the flour and stir in the beaten egg whites into the dough and fill the finished mixture into the  greased molds. Stick one piece of chocolate into the dough. Bake at 180 ° C approximately 15 minutes. To know if the Gugelhupf is ready, take a toothpick and stick it into the dough if no dough is on the toothpick – the Gugelhupf is finished. Serve with some chocolate sauce.
